NO ZEROS – NO GIVE BACKS
36 month term including raises of 2.25%, 2.5% and 3% respectfully (7.95% compounded) and retroactive pay.
Based on some additional planned OLR negotiations in the coming weeks, an additional 2.25% is likely (possible totals up to 10.25%)
Other possible enhancements to our deal may also be possible (self funded).
As you all know, our last contract expired on December 31st 2018 and we’ve been working without a contract for about a year now!
We would like to thank everyone for your patience and faith in our leadership. We could not succeed without your much appreciated support and faith in our ability. Our number one goal is to deliver a complete package giving our Chief’s the deal we deserve!
