Our Mission

The object and purpose of the Association is to unite for advancement of the general welfare of all Association members; to secure and protect better working conditions; to advance the overall economic welfare of all members concerning salaries, professional dignity, ratings and treatment of members, through collective bargaining rights; to aid all members in the consistent enforcement of civil service laws and grievance procedures. The Association will foster the continuation of the high standards of dedication and loyalty to service.
